I’m Jessica. I grew up in Falls Church, Virginia, only 10 miles from Washington DC. I love how my city moves: it runs the country on big ideas, tight deadlines, and lunch at its desk. For most of my life, it was the only pace I knew.

Marrying into a Croatian family showed me another. The stone villas. The impossibly blue water. Meals that last three hours because no one is in a hurry. It's the kind of place that teaches you, without a single lesson, that beautiful things take time.

Vila Vez is how I carry that spirit back home, one stitch at a time. Across the DC area, I stitch live at events. Every design is created on the spot, in the moment, for the person standing in front of us. Everywhere else, I take custom orders. Always by hand. Always for you. Never rushed.
